Job Description:

The Store Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of an individual The Human Bean specialty coffee store. Qualified candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to delivering the highest quality restaurant experience possible for customers. Store Managers are responsible for store operations, including inventory, recruiting, training, coaching and counseling and the overall development of the store team.

Qualified candidates should possess an ability to provide customers with prompt service, prepare quality beverages and products, and friendly and sociable customer services, and ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

Qualifications:

*Ability to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays)
*Exhibit good manners and neat personal appearance, proper personal hygiene
*Strong customer service orientation
*Demonstrated communication and basic math skills
*Ability to develop effective relationships with coworkers
*Pass a rigorous beverage and product training program
*Meet any local health regulations or certification.
*Stand for long periods of time and lift minimum of 30 pounds

Previous Food & Beverage experience a plus.
